1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning video projects or subscribing to video production packages provided by Grox Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Video Services

Grox Studio delivers creative video editing, short-form adaptation, motion graphics, audio mixing, and thumbnail design in accordance with the selected package or custom contract:

• Short-Form Package: High-retention vertical edits tailored for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
• Long-Form Package: Comprehensive long-form video edits engineered for YouTube, podcasts, and video series.
• Custom Deliverables: Bespoke deliverables agreed upon via direct statement of work or custom proposal.

3. Revisions & Approvals

We provide unlimited revisions on all active projects to guarantee high satisfaction. Revisions must align with the original project brief. Fundamental scope changes or entirely new concepts after delivery may require an additional request allocation or custom quote.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own 100% of the final rendered video deliverables. Grox Studio retains the right to display finished, publicly published videos in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless an explicit NDA has been executed.
